Title tag Meetings whose title contains [tag] show it as a badge, and the tag is stripped from the displayed title. Leave empty to disable.

Task inbox Tasks found during a sync wait in a review inbox instead of appearing straight in your feed — accept, edit, or reject each one. Tasks you add yourself, or re-extract on a single meeting, skip the inbox. Turning this off releases any pending tasks to the feed.

Re-sync Re-check Granola for a recent range, or wipe and rebuild. Today and Past week only re-process meetings that are missing or empty.

Sync limits Applied to every sync, manual or automatic. Max meetings caps how many are processed per sync (the rest are picked up on the next one); "Sync meetings from" is the earliest meeting date considered. Leave empty for the defaults (25 / 60 days back).

Connectors

External task manager Where "Add" sends a task. Pick one (or none — the list/project button disappears from meetings). Per-meeting assignments are remembered per connector.

Adding a task to an external task manager marks it as Archived Off by default: tasks sent to Things or Google Tasks stay visible in the main view. Check this to hide them once added (they'll only appear under the Archived filter).
